The Dental Department of Maharaja Agrasen Sat Narain Gupta Hospital is a well-established centre providing complete dental care with special emphasis to patient care and comfort. The dental team consists of highly skilled doctors who have worked and have experience in various fields of modern dentistry. With advancing technology the team also updates and upgrades itself from time to time to be abreast with latest developments in Dentistry. Latest technology equipment used at the dental department has revolutionized dental treatment in terms of patient comfort and treatment time.

Special emphasis is laid to maintain highest standards of sterilization to eliminate any chance of infections.

The centre provides advanced technologies like latest Digital X-Rays ,Implants- the need of the hour, single visit root canals, Crowns- of all kinds like metal free and full ceramic, Invisible Braces, Retreatment of Failed Root Canal, dentures, full mouth rehabilitations, minor surgeries.

Dr. Gaurav Setya is presently working as a Professor in Department of Dentistry at Maharaja Agrasen Sat Narain Gupta Medical College & Hospital since November 2025

He completed his Bachelor of Dentistry (BDS) from Ch.Charan Singh University Meerut in 2002 and Master of dentistry (Conservative & Endodontics) from JSS Mysore under Rajiv Gandhi University Bangalore in 2008

A highly skilled and experienced professional in the field of dentistry, specializing in Conservative and Endodontics (Root Canal Specialist) with over 20 years of expertise. He has undergone extensive training in microscopic endodontics, showcasing his commitment to staying updated with the latest advancements in dental care. Dr. Setya's special interest in cosmetic and advanced restorative dentistry further demonstrates his dedication to providing comprehensive and top-notch dental solutions to his patients.

What sets him apart is not just his technical proficiency but also his caring and compassionate nature. Patients of all ages, from young to old, rave about the comfort and ease they experience under his care. His genuine concern for his patients' well-being ensures that they feel relaxed and reassured throughout their treatment journey. Dr. Nisha Dahiya

Dr. Nisha Dahiya is presently serving as an Assistant professor in the Department of Dentistry at Maharaja Agarsen Sat Narain Gupta medical hospital since January 2023.

She completed her Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from MD University in 2012 and Master of Dental Surgery (Oral Medicine and Radiology) from PGI University Rohtak, in 2017.

With more than eight years of clinical and academic experience. Dr Dahiya worked earlier in world medical college as Senior Resident and Assistant professor for six years approx. Dr. Dahiya has consistently demonstrated excellence in dental education, patient care, and research. Her professional journey reflects a strong commitment to integrating evidence-based dentistry into both teaching and practice.

Dr. Dahiya has actively contributed to research and publications in reputed national and international dental journals, focusing on advancing knowledge in her field of specialization. She has also participated in numerous conferences, workshops, and continuing dental education programs, where she presented papers and shared insights with peers, further strengthening her academic and professional standing.

As a member of recognized professional bodies such as the Dental Council of India (DCI) and the Indian Dental Association (IDA), she remains engaged with the latest developments in dentistry and continues to contribute to the growth of the profession. Patients teaching programs for cessation of tobacco products and educating them side effects of smokeless and smoked tobacco products causing precancerous conditions and lesions.

Respected for her dedication, precision, and student-centric approach, Dr. Dahiya plays an active role in mentoring aspiring dentists and doctors and shaping the next generation of dental professionals with medical doctors. Her vision is to combine academic excellence, research innovation, and compassionate clinical practice for the overall advancement of dental health and medical care.
