Dr Man Mohan Kohli is a highly accomplished and dedicated paediatrician with over four decades of distinguished service in clinical practice, medical education, and hospital administration. After an exemplary career in government healthcare institutions, he served as teaching faculty and Medical Director at Dr Baba Saheb Ambedkar Hospital and Medical College, Rohini, New Delhi.
Over 28 years of teaching experience in India and abroad, including a significant foreign assignment in the Sultanate of Oman, reflect his strong academic commitment and leadership in paediatrics education and administration.
Dr Kohli completed his MBBS and DCH from the University of Delhi and MD (Paediatrics) from Kanpur University. He successfully completed a Post-graduate Certificate in Hospital Management from the National Institute of Health and Family Welfare, Munirka, New Delhi.
His strong academic foundation laid the groundwork for a lifelong commitment to paediatric healthcare, teaching, and research.
Dr. Man Mohan Kohli was conferred with the prestigious State Award by the Department of Health & Family Welfare, Government of NCT of Delhi, for the year 2012–2013. The award was presented in recognition of his meritorious and dedicated service in the field of healthcare in Delhi, reflecting his outstanding contribution to paediatrics services, medical education and public health administration.
Dr Kohli has served with distinction as an Assistant Professor at Dr Baba Saheb Ambedkar Medical College and Hospital, Rohini, New Delhi, where he played a pivotal role in strengthening undergraduate and postgraduate medical education. As a recognised Guide and Thesis Supervisor for DNB (Paediatrics) students, he has mentored numerous trainees with dedication, academic rigour, and personal commitment to their professional growth.
He was also appointed as a Thesis Assessor in Paediatrics by the National Board of Examinations, New Delhi, reflecting the high regard for his academic expertise and integrity. Dr Kohli has consistently delivered comprehensive teaching to undergraduate students, postgraduate residents, and paramedical staff, combining clarity of concepts with practical clinical insights.
His contributions include conducting structured practical training sessions, organizing and evaluating theory and practical examinations, and supervising clinical work extensively to ensure high standards of patient care and learning. Dr Kohli has demonstrated exemplary administrative acumen through his distinguished service as Medical Director at Dr Baba Saheb Ambedkar Hospital, Rohini, New Delhi. In this prestigious leadership role, he provided strategic direction, strengthened institutional systems, and ensured the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred healthcare services.
He also served with dedication as Deputy Medical Superintendent and Head of the Department of Paediatrics at Sanjay Gandhi Memorial Hospital, Mangolpuri, New Delhi. In these dual capacities, he efficiently balanced administrative leadership with clinical excellence, fostering coordinated teamwork and maintaining high standards of departmental performance.
With extensive experience in hospital administration, Dr Kohli has effectively managed complex healthcare operations, demonstrating strong organizational and decision-making skills. Dr Kohli has consistently exhibited visionary leadership in hospital management, promoting clinical governance, accountability, and quality assurance practices. With the amalgamation of his clinical and administrative experience, Dr Kohli established a state-of-the-art Paediatrics Department at Maharaja Agrasen Kedar Nath Gupta Medical College, Bahadurgarh, Haryana, with all modern facilities and delivers high-quality healthcare to paediatric patients.
Dr. Anil Kumar Gupta is a distinguished pediatrician, researcher, and medical teacher with over 39 years of service in pediatric healthcare, focusing on neonatology, pediatric infectious diseases, and adolescent health. He currently serves as Senior Consultant Pediatrician and Assistant Professor at Maharaja Agrasen Kedar Nath Gupta Medical College, Bahadurgarh, Haryana.
He superannuated from the Central/Delhi Health Services as Senior Consultant Pediatrician, having steered pediatric departments in top government hospitals including Safdarjung Hospital, Guru Gobind Singh Government Hospital, Maharishi Valmiki Hospital, and Deep Chand Bandhu Hospital. His career reflects a legacy of leadership in clinical pediatrics, public health, and medical education.
Held the position of Additional Project Director and Technical Lead at Delhi State AIDS Control Society, Govt of Delhi responsible for training and capacity building of specialists, medical officers, and nurses across all Delhi major hospitals and health facilities. Served as master trainer and led several innovative implementation research projects.
Dr Mandeep Walia has 25 years of clinical experience in paediatrics and over 13 years teaching experience as faculty in renowned medical institutes of the country. She has done fellowship training in Pediatric Pulmonology from University of British Columbia, Canada and All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Delhi. Her expertise in pulmonology includes managing chronic and complex respiratory diseases, Pediatric and Neonatal Bronchoscopy (Performed more than 500), Lung Oscillometry Test, Sleep Study, Skin allergy test and home ventilation. Dr Walia has tremendous interest in research and has 24 publications in National and International journals and 5 book chapters to her credit.
